Fabio Massimo Paciucci as health coach is committed in supporting people in making better nutritional decisions with ease and in a sustainable way. Promoting their optimal health includes guiding tools to more informed and personal choices about the food that as an individual their body really needs. This is an approach that leads to a happier wholesome life. His practice builds upon the concept of bio-individuality, rather than any particular prescriptive diet. This person-based approach, allows his clients to achieve a long term balance not only with their most intimate relation to food, but also with their understanding of nutrition, while promoting and sustaining the development of a better sense of individual lifestyle choices and purpose. Fabio was born and raised in Rome, Italy where he attended Università La Sapienza to study anthropology and theatre. He performed with the avant-garde dance theater groups Dark Camera and Forza Maggiore. Fabio first came to New York City, through an exchange visa program and a scholarship to study contemporary dance with the late Merce Cunningham. He then moved away from performing by attending New York University SCE program for Film/Video Production and started working in different production jobs. Later on, he received a B.A. from Brooklyn College. Fabio worked in film production, and TV/radio broadcast news for nearly 20 years, before moving on following his passion for cooking, and food and nutrition science. More recently, before graduating as a health coach, he has worked for Whole Foods Market as a cook. Fabio has always had a keen interest in the science and art of healing.  As a certified Transformational Breath Facilitator, he trained with Judith Kravitz and Tom Goode and lead classes and group workshops both in Boston, MA, and New York City. Combining both the Jvamukti and Integral Yoga styles he has occasionally taught classes both in Manchester, NH, and New York City. In addition, Fabio: is a Reiki practitioner, trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition by Brian Brunius; studied and practiced EFT (emotional freedom technique), energy medicine, and Chakra healing with Carol Tuttle; has been introduced to the elements of the ancient tradition of Russian Shamanic healing by Antonio Silva; trained in Quantum-Touch™; Currently, he is enrolled in the Trivedi Healers Mastery™ program. Fabio has always been proud of having a rich and varied experience implemented with a good number of different gigs, jobs, and occupations.
