As health coach I am committed to support people in making better nutritional decisions, promoting optimal health. The program is designed to ease you into informed and personal choices about the food that you really need implementing changes in a sustainable way, an approach that leads to a happier wholesome life.
My practice builds upon the concept of bio-individuality, rather than any particular prescriptive diet. This person-based approach, allows my clients to achieve a long term balance not only with their most intimate relation to food, but also with their understanding of nutrition, while promoting and sustaining the development of a better sense of lifestyle choices and purpose as an individual.
I received my Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
